The cherries of our grower partners are put into plastic boxes and sent to the buying points.
Before cooling process, the cherries temperature is 28 C

The cooled cherries are chosen according to exporting dimension by the young females working at the conveyor belts at 2 C.

We provide young female workers with every sterilization ways to make process well. In the place of 2 C, these workers clean the cooled cherries of our grower partners and then, classify them according to exporting dimensions;30+,28+,26+,24+ . These classified cherries are packed into modified atmospheric bags(5 kilos,2 kilos) and transparency bowls(1/2 kilos).
